If the realization consists of mixed Hodge structure without any additional structure, we can show that the obtained \ufb01ltration coincides with the \ufb01ltration of Green and Gri\ufb03ths, assuming the Hodge conjecture. In the case the realizations contain Hodge structure and etale cohomology, we prove that if the second graded piece of the \ufb01ltration does not vanish, it contains a nonzero element which is represented by a cycle de\ufb01ned over a \ufb01eld of transcendence degree one. This may be viewed as a re\ufb01nement of results of Nori, Schoen, and Green\u2013Griffiths\u2013Paranjape. Cheltsov, Rubinstein and Zhang proved it affirmatively in dimension 2 with irreducible boundaries except for the type (I.9B.\n                    <jats:inline-formula>\n                      <jats:tex-math>n<\/jats:tex-math>\n                    <\/jats:inline-formula>\n                    ) with\n                    <jats:inline-formula>\n                      <jats:tex-math>1 \\leq n \\leq 6<\/jats:tex-math>\n                    <\/jats:inline-formula>\n                    . Unfortunately, Fujita, Liu, S\u00fc\u00df, Zhang and Zhuang recently showed the non-K-polystability for some members of type (I.9B.1) and for some members of type (I.9B.2). In this article we show that Cheltsov\u2013Rubinstein\u2019s problem is true for all of the remaining cases. More precisely, we explicitly compute the deltainvariant for asymptotically log del Pezzo surfaces of type (I.9B.\n                    <jats:inline-formula>\n                      <jats:tex-math>n<\/jats:tex-math>\n                    <\/jats:inline-formula>\n                    ) for all\n                    <jats:inline-formula>\n                      <jats:tex-math>n \\geq 1<\/jats:tex-math>\n                    <\/jats:inline-formula>\n                    with small cone angles.
