Con el objetivo de contribuir a la formaci\u00f3n laboral como componente esencial de su formaci\u00f3n integral, de manera que les permita demostrar actitudes positivas durante el trabajo. Se fundamenta en la concepci\u00f3n te\u00f3rica de la formaci\u00f3n laboral establecida por investigadores del Centro de Estudio para la Formaci\u00f3n Laboral, con \u00e9nfasis en el m\u00e9todo instructivo, educativo y desarrollador. Para su elaboraci\u00f3n se emplearon los m\u00e9todos de an\u00e1lisis-s\u00edntesis, enfoque de sistema y la revisi\u00f3n de documentos. Esta propuesta puede generalizarse a cualquier nivel educacional con flexibilidad al contexto formativo existente. Por tanto, los docentes tienen el encargo social de contribuir a la preparaci\u00f3n integral de los estudiantes, al emplear m\u00e9todos, acciones y estrategias de aprendizaje que posibiliten la adquisici\u00f3n de nuevos conocimientos y el desarrollo de habilidades en estos, en dependencia de los contenidos y situaciones que enfrenten en su proceso de aprendizaje. De este modo, la asignatura Dibujo T\u00e9cnico resulta esencial para el ingeniero industrial, ya que genera habilidades necesarias para el desempe\u00f1o profesional, como: la visi\u00f3n espacial, la inteligencia espacial y la creatividad. El art\u00edculo aborda una arista de la problem\u00e1tica que pareciera estar debidamente puntualizada; sin embargo, las insatisfacciones de los organismos empleadores respecto a la calidad de la preparaci\u00f3n de los egresados que reciben, las opiniones de los profesionales en formaci\u00f3n inicial acerca de cu\u00e1n pertrechados salen de las aulas universitarias para identificar y resolver los problemas inherentes al objeto de la profesi\u00f3n, as\u00ed como la constataci\u00f3n emp\u00edrica aportan elementos que atestiguan la persistencia de inconsistencias que hacen aconsejable llamar la atenci\u00f3n de modo enf\u00e1tico sobre la necesidad de replantear, desde la indagaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica, la cuesti\u00f3n que nos ocupa. As\u00ed, se pretende llevar a cabo una aproximaci\u00f3n a uno de los enlaces pedag\u00f3gicos m\u00e1s sobresalientes, el que alude a la comprensi\u00f3n de los nexos entre las tareas pedag\u00f3gicas, su esencia, la posesi\u00f3n de las correspondientes competencias profesionales y la concepci\u00f3n curricular que condiciona los derroteros de la formaci\u00f3n inicial en las carreras pedag\u00f3gicas. Se llev\u00f3 a cabo bajo la estructura de un dise\u00f1o apoyado en la Ingenier\u00eda Did\u00e1ctica, la aplicaci\u00f3n de t\u00e9cnicas e instrumentos propios de esta metodolog\u00eda conjugada con un estudio de caso, que permitieron cumplir con el objetivo propuesto y determinar las causas m\u00e1s influyentes que afectan el aprendizaje de los alumnos. Si nos percatamos el hombre desde que nace requiere de una gu\u00eda, direcci\u00f3n o de cualquier otro factor que interprete sus necesidades y en correspondencia act\u00fae para poder satisfacerla. La ense\u00f1anza se desarrolla para que el alumno aprenda, se subordina al aprendizaje y exista una determinaci\u00f3n para alcanzarlo. Carlos \u00c1lvarez de Zayas, expresa en su libro Pedagog\u00eda como Ciencia, que el aprendizaje es la actividad que desarrolla el estudiante para aprender, para asimilar la materia de estudio, por su parte la ense\u00f1anza concierne a la actividad que ejecuta el profesor, sin embargo, el docente tradicional hace que el estudiante se convierta en un objeto del proceso de ense\u00f1anza por lo que no permite que este se inserte en el proceso como sujeto de su propio aprendizaje. En Ecuador existen zonas donde a\u00fan no se ha logrado alfabetizar a toda su poblaci\u00f3n en el uso de la inform\u00e1tica. En este sentido, se enfatiza en la formaci\u00f3n de profesionales con especial atenci\u00f3n al aprendizaje que se debe derivar del encargo social del modelo de formaci\u00f3n. Sobre esta base, en su evoluci\u00f3n los fundamentos psicopedag\u00f3gicos y did\u00e1cticos que sostienen el tipo de universidad innovadora que reconoce el MES como exigencia para este siglo. Consecuentemente, se abordan los fundamentos cient\u00edficos para la determinaci\u00f3n de aquellos elementos te\u00f3ricos y metodol\u00f3gicos que fundamenten el diagn\u00f3stico de su calidad y comprensi\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, del concepto se abordan otras reflexiones a consideraci\u00f3n de los investigadores del proyecto. Para ello, se explican las categor\u00edas calidad y evaluaci\u00f3n de la calidad de la educaci\u00f3n. Lo anterior, se logra desde la propuesta de una metodolog\u00eda que sigue un enfoque de investigaci\u00f3n con la incorporaci\u00f3n de los m\u00e9todos mixtos. Estas, son relativas al procedimiento penal abreviado en el cumplimiento de las garant\u00edas al derecho del debido proceso. Por ello, se desarroll\u00f3 un estudio descriptivo de tipo revisi\u00f3n bibliogr\u00e1fica. Adem\u00e1s, se propone una estrategia metodol\u00f3gica que responde al paradigma cualitativo. Sobre esta base, fue necesario la utilizaci\u00f3n de los m\u00e9todos de investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica: exeg\u00e9tico y anal\u00edtico\u2013sint\u00e9tico. Asimismo, el empleo de la t\u00e9cnica de an\u00e1lisis de contenido. Consecuentemente, las entrevistas realizadas permitieron determinar qu\u00e9 el procedimiento abreviado compromete varios derechos, garant\u00edas y principios consagrados en la Constituci\u00f3n y en el Pacto de San Jos\u00e9 de Costa Rica. Los mismos son: los Derechos Humanos al violentar el derecho de toda persona sindicada a no ser obligada a declarar en contra de s\u00ed misma; la presunci\u00f3n de inocencia; el principio de carga de la prueba; el principio de igualdad de armas; el principio de justicia; la certeza efectiva de la culpabilidad; el plazo razonable y la acreditaci\u00f3n de la verdad procesal. Para su elaboraci\u00f3n se emplearon los m\u00e9todos de an\u00e1lisis, s\u00edntesis, enfoque de sistema, la modelaci\u00f3n y la revisi\u00f3n de documentos. La comunicaci\u00f3n asincr\u00f3nica (Moodle)\u00a0Moodle, como todos los EVA (Entorno Virtual de Aprendizaje), necesita utilizar diferentes tipos de\u00a0herramientas\u00a0que le permitan establecer una red social entre todos los participantes en el proceso formativo. Los avances tecnol\u00f3gicos y la multiculturalidad presente en el mundo y espec\u00edficamente\u00a0 en nuestro pa\u00eds, promueven dis\u00edmiles cambios para la sociedad del conocimiento, que se encuentra en constante necesidad de innovaci\u00f3n y transformaci\u00f3n. Las instituciones de educaci\u00f3n superior deben integrar recursos tecnol\u00f3gicos para generar nuevos espacios, recursos y medios que respondan a las exigencias educativas.
