This research aims to find and develop new legal regulatory aspects to prevent future mafias. This study is a descriptive study with a socio-legal research perspective. The results of this investigation, in an attempt to prevent future agrarian mafias from the administrative field, have produced a new political-legal structure of the cadastral system, that is, the idea of changing the cadastral publication system for a positive publication system, through the reform of the regulations applicable to Law Number 5 of 1960. Likewise, during the period of validity of the articles related to the negative publication system, a registration process is carried out. Although the 2013 Land Law \u2013 the current Land Law has achieved many positive advances, some of its contents have not kept up with the rapid development in the economy and society of Vietnam today. This study examines the advances made in Vietnam's land law, with a focus on the 2013 Land Law and its implementation. In this study, we analyze the legal framework for land use in Vietnam, including the historical context of land reform and the development of the current land law. We also review the implementation of the 2013 Land Law, including its impact on land ownership, land use rights, and land management practices. Given the importance of teacher performance in determining the quality of students, teacher performance must be improved. This research aims to find feasibility and effectiveness of implementing the AKBIR model in improving elementary school teacher performance. The AKBIR model is a model built on a theory that states that the factors of trustworthiness, commitment, knowledge sharing, innovation, and reflective action can influence teacher performance. The research methodology is research and development through the ADDIE approach, namely start by need analysis and model design, development, implementation of model, and evaluation). The trials were conducted twice with 100 elementary school teachers. The research results show that: a) the AKBIR model has characteristics that are purposed, result-analyzed, holistic, and tool-supported; b) the AKBIR model is very feasible to use; c) the AKBIR model is very effective in improving the performance of elementary school teachers. Novelty: a quality model developed from the factors of trust, commitment, knowledge sharing, innovation, and reflective action that is proven to be able to improve the elementary school teachers' environment is affected by the harmful effects of climate change resulting from the existence of a close correlation between climate change and the phenomenon of ocean acidification, and countries cannot comply The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (1992) and the 2015 Paris Agreement should be read in light of the broader commitments contained in the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, and one step is to introduce an explicit requirement in the reporting procedures under the Paris Agreement for States to explain the steps they have taken to address study aims to describe the types and functions of euphemisms used by TsamaraAmany in the TsamaDengan Podcast. This type of research falls under qualitative descriptive research. The data collection method used in this study is observation with the techniques of note-taking, recording, and non-participatory observation. The data source for this research is taken from 25 audio recordings of the TsamaDengan Podcast from April 12, 2022, to December 6, 2022. The data consists of oral data containing euphemistic language styles in the TsamaDengan Podcast. The results of the study show that there are data containing euphemistic language styles observed based on their types and functions. There are 10 types of euphemisms found, figurative expression, flippancies, remodelling, circumlocutions, clipping, one for one substitutions, part for whole euphemisms, understatement, borrowing, and colloquial language. The results of this study explain that the Constitutional Courts of the Republic of Indonesia and Croatia are high state institutions in the constitutional system which are the holders of judicial authority together with the Supreme Court. As a result, the public desire to refer claims to arbitration has decreased. One of the most critical legal weaknesses in arbitration can be the failure to determine the independence and impartiality of the exclusive arbitrator, conflict in jurisdiction and arbitration, and the creation of an arbitration institution in the case of divorce in a faraway from the existing conditions. The current conditions of the philosophy of arbitration, the gaps about the law regarding the expert opinion issued by the arbitrator, and the legal ambiguity regarding the issuance of a provisional \u00a0order and the fulfillment of the request, at the same time, many laws seem obsolete and old when it comes to arbitration. In addition to the legal system's weaknesses regarding the arbitration institution, the educational system does not work properly to improve the level of knowledge of the people and law students, especially lawyers and judges, and the judicial system deals with the content of any protest with many interventions. In this way, it has taken the strength of the arbitration institution and its votes. On the other hand, it has caused the accumulation of arbitration votes in the judicial system, while this possibility exists in most of the world's legal systems. A kind of judicial supervision of the arbitration award is foreseen in the form of the possibility of protesting the arbitration award. This is only limited attention to a part of the decision issued by the arbitrator. The Theory of planned behaviour was tested in the context of state undergraduate students in Sri Lanka. Exogenous variables included Personal Attitude, Subjective Norm, Perceived Behavioural control, and Prior experience of social problems on social entrepreneurial Intention were studied. Using validated items from prior literature, the research instrument was developed. Undergraduate students from nine state universities in Sri Lanka provided the data for this quantitative study. Using IBM's SPSS 25 and AMOS 22 software, structural equation modelling was applied to extract insights from the valid data. Outcomes of the confirmatory factor analysis, followed by a structural model evaluation revealed a positive relationship exists between Social Entrepreneurial Intention and Employment attitude and social entrepreneurial Intention and Perceived behavioral control. However, the results did not support the relationships between social entrepreneurial Intention and subjective Norms and prior experiences with social problems and social entrepreneurial attitude. State university graduate unemployment has been a major socio-politico-economic problem in Sri Lanka, and Social entrepreneurship can be proposed as a viable career option. However, limited research has been carried out in the Sri Lankan context. Various representatives of social movements, whether individually or collectively, have stepped forward to drive various initiatives to help the Palestinians, particularly NGOs. Indirectly, the involvement of NGOs in the Palestine issue has been able to contribute to enhancing the bilateral relations between Malaysia and Palestine. There are two objectives of this study, firstly to examine the essence of Malaysia's foreign policy towards Palestine. Secondly, how can the contributions of NGOs strengthen the interaction of bilateral relations and socio-economics between Malaysia and Palestine? The study design uses a qualitative approach involving focus group interviews and document analysis. The findings reveal that the medium of communication involving the process of interaction, negotiation, and soft diplomacy between Malaysia and Palestine simultaneously proves that the bilateral relations of the country are in good condition. The researcher also found that the interaction and cooperation between NGOs and the Malaysian Government is one of the contributing factors to the good relations between Malaysia and Palestine and the harmony of the country's foreign policy. However, the researcher perceives that the Malaysian Government's view on the role of NGOs in helping Palestine is somewhat restrained. While state governments raced to garner support for their legal and financial arguments for their requests, the Centre recited situational necessity and the want of any responsibilities as justifications for its rejection. It provided the states with two compensation alternatives, both of which included borrowing. The Centre, on the other hand, had pledged the opposite, as shown by GST Council sessions and the 101st Statutory Modification Act. The vow includes the responsibility to provide a steady supply of compensation-credit to states, which is especially onerous given the state's tremendous sacrifice. The formation of statutory tax-fields outside of Roster VII of the Constitution of India, in addition to the Centre\u2019s disproportionately dominant role in executing these, was both dependent on the future consideration of the state. The \"anti-coercion\" doctrine is now recognized in American Statutory law as having its foundation in this. This study shows that this idea has been implicitly enshrined in the Indian Constitution. Hence, GST compensation turns into a statutorily mandated duty, thereby curtailing the Centre's legal latitude. Ratio 1:3 (soy: water). 3% kefir grains (activated) inoculated with soluble bud extracts.\u00a0The soluble extract of bean sprouts has a total sugar content of 5.57% and a fermentable carbohydrate of 3.37 g \/ L (sucrose), which is a source of nutrition and energy reserves; 1.40% of lipids are used for catabolic grain activity, while protein increases the amount of soluble nitrogen by 6.66%.\u00a0The pH is 6.67 and the acidity is 0.17%, inversely proportional to lactic acid. The number of microbial populations of soluble extracts of kefirada sprouts reached the logarithmic stage of development after 24 hours for lactic acid bacteria and 48 hours for acetic acid bacteria and yeast, consuming the nutrients of the beverage, influencing its metabolites on the pH of the medium;\u00a0The period of decomposition of lactic acid bacteria, acetic acid and yeast is 72 hours, and the medium lacks nutrients. The symbiotic action of milk kefir using soluble sprouted extracts is mutual, as the microorganisms it contains grow synergistically and create favorable changes in pH and acidity, depletion of nutrients and the creation of an appropriate environment. Cultivating morals and ethics for students is very important and it is necessary to organize training regularly. Cultivation of morality and ethics for upper elementary school students in Kamalasai District Kalasin Province: the morality and ethics cultivation of the project uses Buddhist principles, which are Pa\u00f1cas\u012bla-Pa\u00f1ca Dhamma principles through activities, namely the process of cultivating Mett\u0101, Samm\u0101\u0101j\u012bva, K\u0101masa\u1e41vara, Sacca and Satisampaja\u00f1\u00f1a. The moral and ethical cultivation model for upper elementary school students in Kamalasai District, Kalasin Province: 1) the process to cultivate Mett\u0101 is performed through the fish release activity for Mett\u0101 spread on the last Friday of every month; 2) the process to cultivate Samm\u0101\u0101j\u012bva is performed through the activity to sell products at the Pracharat market every Tuesday; 3) the process to cultivate K\u0101masa\u1e41vara is performed through recording activities and S\u012bla-examination every day; 4) the process to cultivate Sacca is performed through recording activities and do as vows; 5) the process to cultivate Satisampaja\u00f1\u00f1a is performed through chanting and meditation activities every day before the beginning of class. The training model must be developed in many areas, such as the integration of tools and Dhamma principles to be easy to understand and suitable for the age, focusing on the participation of the participants. The purpose of the bibliometric analysis proposed in this document was to know the main characteristics of the volume of publications registered in the Scopus database during the period 2017-2022 and to identify the current situation in Ecuadorian institutions regarding the study of the variables above, achieving the identification of 34 publications in total. The information provided by the said platform was organized through graphs and figures, categorizing the information by Year of Publication, Country of Origin, Area of Knowledge and Type of Publication. Once these characteristics were described, a qualitative analysis was used to refer to the position of different authors on the proposed topic. Among the main findings of this research, it is found that the United States, with 6 publications, was the country with the highest scientific production registered in the name of authors affiliated with institutions of that country. The Area of Knowledge that made the greatest contribution to the construction of bibliographic material referring to the study of Teaching and Learning Styles in Higher Education for Pedagogy in English was Social Sciences, with 30 published documents. However, as a result of this rapid advancement in networking, cyberattacks have been observed on these networks, posing serious problems to the data security of these networks. Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks are the most common cyberattacks seen on any network, according to a recent survey. A network is inundated with DDoS attacks, which prevents the network from offering services to the authorized users. A Convolutional Neural Network-Visual Geometry Group (CNN-VGG) model developed in this study identifies DDoS attacks on any network. In proposed approach, CIC-IDS2017 (Intrusion Detection System) dataset is transformed into images, the model is trained and validated using these images. The model's performance is evaluated using measures like F1 Score, Accuracy, Precision, and Recall.
