Participants were informed about the purpose of the survey and that they could withdraw their participation at any point. They received contact information should they have questions or desire that their data be withdrawn. Following a standard praxis in Denmark, the information provided was written out in the introduction to the questionnaire. Informed consent was received from all participants before they were able to answer the ORIC survey.
