Herein, a DNA\u2010incorporated 3D BONe is introduced, where DNA facilitates optimal tuning of d\u2010band center, and in\u2009situ anchoring of PdO<jats:sub>2<\/jats:sub> subnanoscale clusters (PdO<jats:sub>2<\/jats:sub>\u2010sNCs) on the exfoliated single\u2010layer reduced graphene oxide (SL rGO), to mimic wrinkled morphology of natural ONe. Unprecedentedly, BONe demonstrates benchmarked H<jats:sub>2<\/jats:sub>\u2010sensing performance (small recovery time of \u224830\u2009s with a limit of detection of 50\u2009ppb) at room temperature with yearlong durability, satisfying prerequisites of safe adoption of H<jats:sub>2<\/jats:sub> clean energy. The great recovery is innovatively illustrated by the downshift of d\u2010band center of PdO<jats:sub>2<\/jats:sub>\u2010sNCs and strong electron transport of SL\u2010rGO network. An adsorption\/desorption model is proposed to clarify the sensing mechanism. BONe design may eventually be integrated with artificial intelligent electronics for ppb\u2010level sensing of harmful gases to ensure accident prevention in modern public and military
