These patches record EEG signals under the synergistic sensing mechanism of the noncontact capacitance mode of the CNT\u2010GO\u2010PDMS patch and contact current mode of the Ag claws, with low scalp contact resistance of 6.4\u2009k\u03a9. In the occipital region, the signal\u2010to\u2010noise ratios (SNR) are \u224890\u2009dB for <jats:italic>\u03b1<\/jats:italic>\u2010waves and 9\u2009dB for visual\u2010evoked signals; the SNR of auditory\u2010evoked EEG signals in the temporal region is \u224810\u2009dB. The EEG cap comprises seven Ag\/CNT\u2010GO\u2010PDMS patches to record EEG signals in steady\u2010state visual\u2010evoked potentials (SSVEP) and multiple auditory steady\u2010state response (MASSR). These patches can recognize nine words (\u201cone\u201d to \u201cnine\u201d) in the SSVEP\u2013MASSR paradigm, with a visual accuracy of 90.4% and auditory accuracy of 54.0%. The statistical analysis also shows that the stimulation frequency and scalp channel are significant influencing factors for the accuracy of word recognition.
