It is also linked with the possibility\u2014or fear\u2014of machines gaining consciousness. Alternatively, developing domain\u2010specific artificial intelligence is more reliable, energy\u2010efficient, and ethically tractable, and raises mostly a problem of effective coordination between different systems and humans.
