Here, a widefield deep\u2010ultraviolet light\u2010emitting diode\u2010based imaging system to generate autofluorescence images of human prostate tissue sections from 12 patients with a lateral resolution of \u22481\u2009\u03bcm is used. Subsequently, the autofluorescence images are transformed into virtual hematoxylin and eosin\u2010stained images via a weakly supervised deep learning framework.
