Cytoskeleton"],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[1991,1]]},"abstract":"<jats:title>Abstract<\/jats:title><jats:p>Recent studies on the mobility of membrane markers on crawling cells indicate that there is no long\u2010range centripetal flow of membrane proteins or lipids during cell locomotion.
