More precisely, we show that by using these \u2018universal weights\u2019 in a structure of order <jats:italic>N<\/jats:italic><jats:sub>max<\/jats:sub>, the order can be varied from <jats:italic>N<\/jats:italic>= 3 to <jats:italic>N<\/jats:italic><jats:sub>max<\/jats:sub> while keeping the weights fixed and retaining the optimality of performance.
