The converter can be seen as a resistor source, and the grid synchronization is realized by virtual resistor. In \u03b1\u03b2 frame, the virtual resistor is constructed in the form of a second\u2010order transfer function. The power transmission is realized by adjusting the virtual resistor at the fundamental frequency, and the virtual resistor in other frequency bands besides the fundamental frequency is used to ensure the system stability. The proposed method has been validated through simulation and experimental results to achieve bidirectional control of transmission power and self\u2010synchronization of the grid, demonstrating good dynamic and steady\u2010state performance.
