The system leverages the simplicity of the optical path in the transmission fluctuation autocorrelation spectrum method combined with the parallel processing and pipeline technology of an FPGA to significantly enhance signal processing speed and data throughput. The FPGA implements modules for signal acquisition, autocorrelation processing, data preprocessing, and serial port communication, all parallelized to boost performance. Experimental results demonstrate that the system can effectively measure particle sizes of industrial glass beads with good real\u2010time performance, stability, and repeatability.
