First, an extended state observer (ESO) is introduced as an adjustable model to replace the traditional stator current equation, aiming to improve current observation accuracy and enhance the effectiveness of parameter identification and sensorless control. Second, to address the rank deficiency problem in multi\u2010parameter identification, a cascaded MRAS method is used for accurate identification of multiple parameters. This method successfully identifies resistance, inductance, flux and speed. Finally, simulations and experiments were conducted on a 1\u2010kW motor platform to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method under parameter mismatch conditions.
