When 0.5 \u00d7 10<jats:sup>6<\/jats:sup> thymus cells plus 0.5 \u00d7 10<jats:sup>6<\/jats:sup> peripheral lymph node cells are similarly primed, the MLC response is still superadditive. However, this is no longer so when 0.1 \u00d7 10<jats:sup>6<\/jats:sup> thymus cells plus 0.9 \u00d7 10<jats:sup>6<\/jats:sup> peripheral lymph node cells are used as responders. The results confirm the earlier observation on similar T cell synergism in the graft\u2010vs\u2010host response.
