High responsiveness was associated with the <jats:italic>H\u20102<\/jats:italic> alleles, <jats:italic>b<\/jats:italic> and <jats:italic>f<\/jats:italic>, low responsiveness with the <jats:italic>H\u20102<\/jats:italic> alleles, <jats:italic>d, k, m<\/jats:italic> and <jats:italic>r<\/jats:italic>.
