PHA targets are almost completely insensitive to complement\u2010mediated lysis by anti\u2010Ia sera while the majority of LPS targets are killed. T cell\u2010mediated lysis against I<\/jats:italic>\u2010region determinants was also detected, and these determinants, in contrast to H\u20102K<\/jats:italic> and H\u20102D<\/jats:italic> CML determinants, seem to be much more strongly expressed on LPS\u2010stimulated cells. No differences in the kinetics of the response to K<\/jats:italic>\u2010or I<\/jats:italic>\u2010region CML determinants were observed.
