This article studies the application of IoT technology in sports injury medical system, and expounds the application of telemedicine, mobile diagnosis, and user data management in medical system supported by IoT technology. First, the application layer, network layer, and perceptual layer structure of the IoT are used to plan the overall hierarchy of the sports injury medical system, and then the system is divided into three modules, which are the user physiological parameter acquisition module, the user physiological parameter processing module, and the motion damage diagnosis result module.
