Diese N\u2010Methyl\u2010\u03b1\u2010aminos\u00e4uren lassen sich bei geeigneter Versuchsanordnung leicht trennen und neben \u03b1\u2010Aminos\u00e4uren selektiv nachweisen. In Anwendung dieser Ergebnisse wurde eine rasche Methode zur Untersuchung von Enniatin\u2010Pr\u00e4paraten entwickelt.
