Some characterization theorems of these generalized fuzzy filters are derived. In particular, we prove that a fuzzy set in <jats:italic>R<\/jats:italic><jats:sub>0<\/jats:sub>\u2010algebras is an (\u2208, \u2208 \u2228 q)\u2010fuzzy Boolean filter if and only if it is an (\u2208, \u2208 \u2228 q)\u2010fuzzy implicative filter. Finally, we consider the concepts of implication\u2010based fuzzy Boolean (implicative) filters of <jats:italic>R<\/jats:italic><jats:sub>0<\/jats:sub>\u2010algebras (\u00a9 2009 WILEY\u2010VCH Verlag GmbH &amp; Co.
