While communication process analyses provide us a deep understanding of performance outcomes with rich qualitative discourse analysis, it often lacks an appropriate method to reveal the relationship among individual communication activity codes. Social network analysis fills this gap by providing a way to visualize and analyze relationships between communication activity codes.
