{"status":"ok","message-type":"work","message-version":"1.0.0","message":{"indexed":{"date-parts":[[2025,10,21]],"date-time":"2025-10-21T00:30:25Z","timestamp":1761006625929,"version":"build-2065373602"},"reference-count":0,"publisher":"Wiley","issue":"1","license":[{"start":{"date-parts":[[2008,10,24]],"date-time":"2008-10-24T00:00:00Z","timestamp":1224806400000},"content-version":"vor","delay-in-days":662,"URL":"http:\/\/onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/termsAndConditions#vor"}],"content-domain":{"domain":[],"crossmark-restriction":false},"short-container-title":["Proc of Assoc for Info"],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2007,1]]},"abstract":"<jats:title>Abstract<\/jats:title><jats:p>In this panel we investigate the relation between social capital and methods of populist, post\u2010coordinate knowledge management which has popularly been termed \u201cWeb 2.0\u201d or \u201cLibrary 2.0.\u201d We include in this examination the management of persons and groups, as matrixes and agents of knowledge, and we center our examination upon the ways that documentary forms and social organization can give rise to social capital as embodied by producers and their expressions rather than occurring as the result of the managerial \u201cprecoordination\u201d of personnel and documents. In the historical and social shifts from a managerial to a user or worker perspective, we may note, as well, a possible change in the notion of \u201cinformation\u201d from that of the supposed effect of documentary forms to social networks and their expressive productions, that is, a shift from a documentary to a post\u2010documentary notion of \u201cinformation\u201d and a shift from a \u201cmanagerial\u201d to a \u201cpost\u2010managerial\u201d notion of organizational culture.
