It appears that individual user photosets are focused more on the components of the user's context and evolve from the bottom\u2010up based on selected shared attributes of the user's photos. Group collections, on the other hand, seem to be organized more around general concepts or discussions of group members' work and constructed top\u2010down by matching the photo attributes to the purpose of the group.
