The research question examined was: what is the interplay between factors of the learning environment and information literacy program components on business student learning outcomes? The question was examined in a four\u2010phase study; data focusing on student learning outcomes drawn from the first phase is reported here. Library administrators, librarians, teaching faculty, and business students were interviewed about students' information literacy instructional experiences, and the outcomes arising from those experiences, observed by these four groups.
