The intron features of <jats:italic>Saccharomyces cerevisia<\/jats:italic> and other eukaryotes. The results that <jats:italic>S. pombe<\/jats:italic> displays quite different architectural features than the budding yeast <jats:italic>S. cerevisiae<\/jats:italic>.
