The bending strengths of the conventional analysis have been set in general form for the beam parameters of the span\/depth ratios usually observed. Mutual strength relationships between common and castellated, homogeneous and hybrid I\u2010beams, reflect the anticipated regularities. Use of the advanced analysis, founded on the non\u2010linear FEM approach, required the solution of adequate practical examples. In view of the research class, certain completion of the typical non\u2010linear procedure was needed.<\/jats:p><jats:p><jats:bold>Konventionelle und versch\u00e4rfte Berechnung der Biegefestigkeit normaler und wabenf\u00f6rmiger, homogener und hybrider  I\u2010Tr\u00e4ger<\/jats:bold>. Um die Biegefestigkeit von st\u00e4hlernen I\u2010Tr\u00e4gern abzusch\u00e4tzen, typischer Bestandteil traditioneller und moderner Berechnungsverfahren, wurde eine entsprechende Untersuchung unternommen. F\u00fcr die \u00fcblichen Bauteilparameter der Spannweite\/H\u00f6he\u2010Verh\u00e4ltnisse wurden die Biegefestigkeiten der  konventionellen Berechnung in der allgemeinen Form festgesetzt. Die ermittelten Traglastverh\u00e4ltnisse zwischen den normalen und wabenf\u00f6rmigen, homogenen und hybriden I\u2010Tr\u00e4gern gaben die erwarteten Verh\u00e4ltnisse wieder. Die Anwendung der versch\u00e4rften Berechnungsmethode, gest\u00fctzt auf dem nichtlinearen Vorgehen der FEM, bedurfte der L\u00f6sung entsprechender praktischer Beispiele.
