Rec."],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[1981,12]]},"abstract":"<jats:title>Abstract<\/jats:title><jats:p>Cultivated mouse melanocytes with the genotype of <jats:italic>D\/<\/jats:italic>\u2010 and <jats:italic>d\/d<\/jats:italic> obtained from dorsal skin of infants, and the variant melanoma cells (subline <jats:italic>agm<\/jats:italic>) in which melanosomes were aggregated around the nucleus were characterized by means of electron microscopy. In <jats:italic>D\/<\/jats:italic>\u2010 melanocytes, dendrites contained a number of microtubules and 10\u2010nm filaments, mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum, and peripherally distributed melanosomes. On the other hand, in <jats:italic>d\/d<\/jats:italic> melanocytes and <jats:italic>agm<\/jats:italic> cells, melanosomes were aggregated in the perinuclear region of the cell body. Their fibrous dendrites contained numerous microtubules and 10\u2010nm filaments, mitochondria, and endoplasmic reticulm.
