CTL generated <jats:italic>in vitro<\/jats:italic> against 2,4,6\u2010trinitrophenyl (TNP)\u2010conjugated syngeneic stimulator cells were specifically cytotoxic for TNP\u2010conjugated H\u20102K(D) region identical targets. Both LCM and vaccinia\u2010induced CTL, however, were found to be strongly cytotoxic towards TNP\u2010conjugated, H\u20102K(D) region\u2010identical target cells. In contrast, Sendai virus\u2010induced CTL did not lyse TNP\u2010conjugated, syngeneic target cells.
