We have studied the chromosomal constitution of 7,12\u2010dimethylbenz(<jats:italic>a<\/jats:italic>)anthracene (DMBA)\u2010induced T\u2010cell leukemias in C57BL \u00d7 CBAT6T6 F, mice. The CBAT6T6\u2010derived chromosome 1(14:15)6 was regularly duplicated whereas the C57BL\u2010derived normal chromosome 15 was only present in one copy.
