This study reports the microfabrication and characterization of Schottky photodiodes (SPDs) based on single Sn\u2010doped \u03b2\u2013Ga\n                    <jats:sub>2<\/jats:sub>\n                    O\n                    <jats:sub>3<\/jats:sub>\n                    microwires. Platinum (Pt) and single\u2010layer graphene (SLG) serve as Schottky contacts, combined with complementary metal\u2013oxide\u2013semiconductor\u2010compatible ohmic contacts (Ti\/Al\n                    <jats:sub>98.5<\/jats:sub>\n                    Si\n                    <jats:sub>1.0<\/jats:sub>\n                    Cu\n                    <jats:sub>0.5<\/jats:sub>\n                    \/TiW). Nano X\u2010ray fluorescence and electrical analysis reveals a Sn doping range of (4 \u00d7 10\n                    <jats:sup>18<\/jats:sup>\n                    \u20131.24 \u00d7 10\n                    <jats:sup>19<\/jats:sup>\n                    \u00a0cm\n                    <jats:sup>\u22123<\/jats:sup>\n                    ) and a significant density of surface states. Under UVC illumination, these surface states dynamically modulate the Schottky barrier height through the trapping and detrapping of photogenerated holes at the Schottky junction, leading to high internal gain and fast decay without persistent photoconductivity. The Pt\/SLG\u2010based SPDs achieves R\n                    <jats:sub>\u03bb<\/jats:sub>\n                    up to \u2248713 A W\n                    <jats:sup>\u22121<\/jats:sup>\n                    at \u22123\u00a0V and self\u2010powered operation with R\n                    <jats:sub>\u03bb<\/jats:sub>\n                    \u22481.92 A W\n                    <jats:sup>\u22121<\/jats:sup>\n                    at 0\u00a0V. Additionally, the device exhibits self\u2010powered photoresponse under 30.5\u00a0keV X\u2010ray irradiation. While Pt\u2010based SPDs show long rise times due to delayed hole transit, SLG\u2010based SPDs demonstrate faster response (&lt;150\u00a0ms) enabled by SLG's high UVC transparency. These results highlight the potential of microwire\u2010based Ga\n                    <jats:sub>2<\/jats:sub>\n                    O\n                    <jats:sub>3<\/jats:sub>\n                    SPDs for fast, high\u2010gain, self\u2010powered photodetection.\n
