In the ultra\u2010dilute regime (10<jats:sup>\u22125<\/jats:sup> at%), the system shows isolated paramagnetic Fe<jats:sup>3+<\/jats:sup> ions with a spin\u2013lattice type of relaxation. At higher concentrations (between 0.02 and 0.2 at%) a transition to spin\u2013spin type of relaxation between neighboring Fe<jats:sup>3+<\/jats:sup> is observed, without any signature of magnetic ordering up to 2.2 at%.
