The composite matrix comprises polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) blended with epoxy, LiTFSI salt, and Al\n                    <jats:sub>2<\/jats:sub>\n                    O\n                    <jats:sub>3<\/jats:sub>\n                    at optimized ratios. A set of techniques is used to evaluate and optimize the thermo\u2010electro\u2010mechanical properties of the matrix, including dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA), potentiostatic electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (PEIS), thermogravimetric analysis, differential scanning calorimetry, and X\u2010ray diffraction. The optimization reveals a clear trade\u2010off: increasing salt content enhances ionic conductivity but compromises mechanical properties, while the addition of nanofiller improves stiffness but reduces ionic conductivity. Based on multifunctionally balancing, a formulation of PVA\n                    <jats:sub>0.34<\/jats:sub>\n                    \/epoxy\n                    <jats:sub>0.14<\/jats:sub>\n                    \/LiTFSI\n                    <jats:sub>0.32<\/jats:sub>\n                    \/(Al\n                    <jats:sub>2<\/jats:sub>\n                    O\n                    <jats:sub>3<\/jats:sub>\n                    )\n                    <jats:sub>0.2<\/jats:sub>\n                    is obtained. The structural electrolyte, composed of glass fiber impregnated with the optimized matrix, is characterized using PEIS, DMA, tensile testing, and charge\u2013discharge tests within lithium iron phosphate (LFP)\/lithium metal and LFP\/graphite cells. The electrolyte exhibits a storage modulus of 3\u2009GPa, an ionic conductivity of 1.74\u2009\u00d7\u200910\n                    <jats:sup>\u22124<\/jats:sup>\n                    \u2009S\u2009cm\n                    <jats:sup>\u22121<\/jats:sup>\n                    , a bulk stiffness of 1.82\u2009GPa, and a tensile strength of 56.9\u2009MPa. Full\u2010cell testing demonstrates long cycle life and stable cyclability for \u2248240 cycles, maintaining a high Coulombic efficiency of around 95% throughout cycling.\n
