Dabei wurde vorgeschlagen, dass sich entweder das Hydroxyl\u2010Radikal oder das Benzotriazinyl\u2010Radikal nach der anf\u00e4nglichen Reduktion von TPZ als bioaktives Radikal bildet. In dieser Arbeit besch\u00e4ftigten wir uns mit der niederenergetischen Elektronenanlagerung an TPZ in der Gasphase und untersuchten die Zersetzung des gebildeten TPZ\u2010Anions mittels Massenspektrometrie. Wir beobachteten die Bildung des (TPZ\u2010OH)<jats:sup>\u2212<\/jats:sup> Anions, begleitet von der Abspaltung des Hydroxyl\u2010radikals als dem bei weitem h\u00e4ufigsten Reaktionsweg. Quanten\u2010chemische Berechnungen legen nahe, dass die NH<jats:sub>2<\/jats:sub>\u2010Pyramidalisierung die Schl\u00fcsselkoordinate f\u00fcr die Reaktions\u2010dynamik bei Elektronenanlagerung ist.
