Vor dem Hintergrund praxisrelevanter Expositionsklassen (XC4, XS1, XF2) untersucht der Beitrag das mechanische und dauerhaftigkeitsrelevante Verhalten additiv gefertigter SPI\u2010Bauteile unter besonderer Ber\u00fccksichtigung schichtbedingter Gef\u00fcgemerkmale. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass die volumetrische Frostresistenz ma\u00dfgeblich durch klassische betontechnologische Parameter, insbesondere den Wasserzementwert, bestimmt wird. Eine ausgepr\u00e4gte Richtungsabh\u00e4ngigkeit des relativen dynamischen Elastizit\u00e4tsmoduls ist nicht feststellbar. Demgegen\u00fcber weisen transportgesteuerte Mechanismen eine erh\u00f6hte Sensitivit\u00e4t gegen\u00fcber der schichtweisen Gef\u00fcgeausbildung auf. Insbesondere bei der Karbonatisierung treten lokal stark erh\u00f6hte Tiefen entlang interlaminarer \u00dcbergangszonen auf, die durch Mittelwertbetrachtungen nicht vollst\u00e4ndig erfasst werden. Erg\u00e4nzende CDF\u2010Versuche verdeutlichen die Bedeutung randzonennaher Transportprozesse. Auf Grundlage mechanischer, dauerhaftigkeitsrelevanter und mikroskopischer Befunde wird ein zweistufiges Gef\u00fcgemodell vorgeschlagen.
