All aspirates showed mature lymphocytes, plasma cells, and large pale histiocytes with well\u2010preserved lymphocytes within the cytoplasm (lymphocytophagocytosis). The cases were confirmed by surgical biopsy, and the immunohistochemical findings suggested a macrophage origin for this lesion.
