Herein, we investigated the reactivity of acetanilides and pyridyl acetamides in the formation of a C\u2212N bond through a Chan\u2010Evans\u2010Lam reaction using arylalkenyl boron\u2010based reagents yielding a wide scope of <jats:italic>N<\/jats:italic>\u2010aryl enamides with an <jats:italic>E<\/jats:italic> configuration.
