Formation constants of Pb\uf8ff(TAPSO)<jats:sub><jats:italic>x<\/jats:italic><\/jats:sub>\uf8ff(OH)<jats:sub><jats:italic>y<\/jats:italic><\/jats:sub> system have been studied by direct current polarography and by glass electrode potentiometry at fixed total\u2013ligand and total\u2013metal concentration ratio and varied pH, at 25.0\u2009\u00b0C and ionic strength set to 0.1\u2005M KNO<jats:sub>3<\/jats:sub>. The graphic analysis revealed to be a very powerful tool in the prediction and refinement operations of Pb\u2013(TAPSO)<jats:sub><jats:italic>x<\/jats:italic><\/jats:sub>\uf8ff(OH)<jats:sub><jats:italic>y<\/jats:italic><\/jats:sub> system.
