Rapid Commun."],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2007,3]]},"abstract":"<jats:title>Abstract<\/jats:title><jats:p>Cu<jats:sup>II<\/jats:sup> compounds coordinated octahedrally with nitriles and associated with bulky, non\u2010coordinating counter ions can be applied in the polymerization of isobutene at 30\u2009\u00b0C. High yields and a high content of terminal double bonds are reached in the resulting highly reactive polyisobutylenes, while the molecular masses are moderate.
