BaBi<jats:sub>4<\/jats:sub>Ti<jats:sub>4<\/jats:sub>O<jats:sub>15<\/jats:sub> is doped with niobium oxide (Nb<jats:sub>2<\/jats:sub>O<jats:sub>5<\/jats:sub>) in proportions of 2, 5, and 10%. The ceramic is obtained through the solid\u2010state reaction method. The resulting structures and dielectric properties of the samples are analyzed using powder X\u2010ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy, and scanning electron microscopy to examine the crystalline phases present in the ceramics. The Hakki\u2013Coleman method is used to clarify the properties of permittivity and dielectric loss. The temperature coefficients of the resonant frequency (<jats:italic>\u03c4<\/jats:italic><jats:sub>f<\/jats:sub>) range from \u2013396.95 to \u2013181.44\u2009ppm\u2009\u00b0C<jats:sup>\u22121<\/jats:sup>. Experimental measurements of the dielectric resonators, serving as antennas, yielded results such as reflection coefficient, gain, efficiency, bandwidth, and input impedance.
