It was found that a stoichiometric compound has a canted G\u2010type antiferromagnetic structure with <jats:italic>T<\/jats:italic><jats:sub>N<\/jats:sub> \u223c 380 K and magnetic moment of 2.3<jats:italic>\u00b5<\/jats:italic><jats:sub>B<\/jats:sub> per formula unit. Combined M\u00f6ssbauer and neutron\u2010diffraction data give evidence that only Fe<jats:sup>3+<\/jats:sup> ions are in the magnetically ordered state, whereas Co<jats:sup>3+<\/jats:sup> ones are in the nonmagnetic low\u2010spin state and do not participate actively in the magnetic interactions. The oxygen loss leads to the reduction of Co ions down to the 2+ valence state keeping Fe ions in the 3+ valence state. At the same time the <jats:italic>T<\/jats:italic><jats:sub>N<\/jats:sub> temperature increases and the weak ferromagnetic component is suppressed.
