{"status":"ok","message-type":"work","message-version":"1.0.0","message":{"indexed":{"date-parts":[[2026,4,1]],"date-time":"2026-04-01T12:43:12Z","timestamp":1775047392875,"version":"3.50.1"},"reference-count":36,"publisher":"Wiley","issue":"5","license":[{"start":{"date-parts":[[2018,12,3]],"date-time":"2018-12-03T00:00:00Z","timestamp":1543795200000},"content-version":"vor","delay-in-days":0,"URL":"http:\/\/onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/termsAndConditions#vor"}],"content-domain":{"domain":["onlinelibrary.wiley.com"],"crossmark-restriction":true},"short-container-title":["Physica Status Solidi (b)"],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2019,5]]},"abstract":"<jats:sec><jats:label\/><jats:p>Single\u2010phase Sr<jats:sub>2<\/jats:sub>FeMoO<jats:sub>6\u2212<jats:italic>\u03b4<\/jats:italic><\/jats:sub> powders with various oxygen indices (<jats:italic>\u03b4<\/jats:italic>) and degrees of the superstructural ordering (<jats:italic>P<\/jats:italic>) of the Fe\/Mo cations are obtained from SrFeO<jats:sub>2.52<\/jats:sub> and SrMoO<jats:sub>4<\/jats:sub> reagents via solid\u2010state synthesis. It has been established by means of the X\u2010ray and neutron diffraction that, upon reducing the oxygen content and enhancing the superstructural ordering, the lengths of the Fe\u2013O1 and Mo\u2013O2 bonds in the crystal lattice increase, whereas the Fe\u2013O2 and Mo\u2013O1 bond lengths decrease. At the same time, the volume of the unit cell is reduced, which indicates an enhancement of the covalency degree of the bonds and stimulates a redistribution of the electron density, as well as an increase of the concentration of the spin\u2010down charge carriers located in the conduction band on the Mo(<jats:italic>t<\/jats:italic><jats:sub>2<jats:italic>g<\/jats:italic><\/jats:sub>)\u2193 orbitals.
