These organocatalysts, as well as other previously developed thiazolidine\u2010derived thioureas, were tested in the asymmetric one\u2010pot Neber reaction of \u03b2\u2010ketoxime\u20101\n                    <jats:italic>H<\/jats:italic>\n                    \u2010tetrazoles towards chiral 2\u2010(tetrazol\u20105\u2010yl)\u2010\n                    <jats:italic>2H<\/jats:italic>\n                    \u2010azirines. The results obtained when using thioureas only differing in the lactam ring size demonstrate that the presence of the 6\u03b2\u2010lactam ring in the catalysts is a requirement to achieve high enantioselectivity in the studied transformation.
