We highlight the need to identify the learning objectives that want to be achieved by taking into account how researchers shape their ethical perspectives, as many of their behaviours are learned through informal training setups (e.g., supervisors, peers, etc.). This is complemented by reviewing the different approaches that can be applied to achieve the learning goals, and by showcasing existing public resources that can be further explored and tailored to plan specific interventions depending on the nature and needs of each institution.<\/jats:p>","DOI":"10.1007\/978-3-031-33177-0_9","type":"book-chapter","created":{"date-parts":[[2023,5,11]],"date-time":"2023-05-11T11:11:11Z","timestamp":1683803471000},"page":"137-154","update-policy":"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1007\/springer_crossmark_policy","source":"Crossref","is-referenced-by-count":0,"title":["Responsible Research and Innovation Learning Facilitation"],"prefix":"10.1007","author":[{"given":"Elisa","family":"Garcia-Garcia","sequence":"first","affiliation":[],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]},{"given":"Xavier","family":"Eekhout","sequence":"additional","affiliation":[],"role":[{"role":"author","vocabulary":"crossref"}]}],"member":"297","published-online":{"date-parts":[[2023,5,12]]},"reference":[{"issue":"6","key":"9_CR1","doi-asserted-by":"publisher","first-page":"1697","DOI":"10.1007\/s11948-017-9957-4","volume":"24","author":"S Godecharle","year":"2017","unstructured":"Godecharle, S., Fieuws, S., Nemery, B., Dierickx, K.: Scientists still behaving badly?
