This research uses self-perceived performance surveys to identify factors that affect team performance. The objective is to enhance team performance by providing timely feedback for reflection and improvement based on identified challenges. Preliminary findings revealed that constant feedback, facilitated by self-perceived performance surveys after each sprint cycle, enables teams to address identified challenges and enhance performance progressively. This highlights the significance of timely feedback in enhancing team performance and productivity.
