Die Potenziale dieser Technologie liegen jedoch nicht nur in der Analyse von Wertsch\u00f6pfungsprozessen im Kontext von Produktion und Verwaltung. Die Technologie kann dar\u00fcber hinaus auch f\u00fcr die Verbesserung des Vorgehens bei den dazugeh\u00f6rigen \u2013\u00a0meist gro\u00dfen und komplexen\u00a0\u2013 Softwareprojekten genutzt werden. F\u00fcr die Umsetzung der f\u00fcr Industrie\u20114.0\u2011Prozesse erforderlichen Unternehmenssoftware werden h\u00e4ufig agile oder hybride Vorgehensmodelle eingesetzt. Software Innovations unterst\u00fctzen die Umsetzung in zweierlei Hinsicht. Software Innovations bezeichnen zum einen Innovationen f\u00fcr das Software Engineering durch neue Vorgehensmodelle, Methoden und Werkzeuge. Zum anderen umfasst der Begriff Innovationen, welche durch (neuartige) Software erm\u00f6glicht werden. Ausgehend von diesen beiden Aspekten von Software Innovations beschreibt der Beitrag, wie Process Mining zur Analyse und Verbesserung des Vorgehens bei Unternehmenssoftwareprojekten verwendet werden kann. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Anwendung und Verbesserung von hybrid durchgef\u00fchrten Entwicklungs- und Konfigurationsprojekten. Das vorgestellte Verfahren kann jedoch auch f\u00fcr klassisch oder agil durchgef\u00fchrte Projekte angewendet werden. Es dient generell dazu, den Prozess zur Softwareerstellung kontinuierlich, anhand von Erkenntnissen aus laufenden und abgeschlossenen Projekten, automatisiert zu analysieren und zu verbessern.
