Dies alles mit dem Ziel, m\u00f6glichst nat\u00fcrliche Dialoge zwischen Menschen und Maschinen zu erm\u00f6glichen und dabei den Fokus der Datensparsamkeit nicht zu verlieren.<\/jats:p><jats:p>Dank dem neuen Ansatz des Character Computing (CC) in Kombination mit Computing with Words and Perceptions (CWP), welches ein Teilbereich der Fuzzylogic ist, und der Conversational Theory wird die Sprach- und Emotionserkennung von Conversational Bots auf ein komplett neues Level gebracht. Bisherige Chat- oder Voicebots sind lediglich darauf ausgelegt, einfache Befehle von ihren Usern zu verstehen und auszuf\u00fchren. Dabei wird der Sprachinput einem vordefinierten Befehl zugeordnet und danach ausgef\u00fchrt. So wird die Komplexit\u00e4t der Sprache auf einem Niveau vereinfacht, sodass viele wichtige Informationen verloren gehen. Es werden so beispielsweise keinerlei Informationen \u00fcber die Pers\u00f6nlichkeit und Emotionen der User weiterverarbeitet. Beim klassischen Character Computing werden die Pers\u00f6nlichkeit und Emotionen zwar ber\u00fccksichtigt, aber in der Regel wird eine Vielzahl von Daten ben\u00f6tigt, um zun\u00e4chst den Character und anschlie\u00dfend das erwartete Verhalten des Users ableiten zu k\u00f6nnen. Dies ist in der Realit\u00e4t von Chat- und Voicebots kaum umsetzbar.
