Diese entstehen aufgrund der endlichen Ausbreitungsgeschwindigkeit der Spannung sowie Induktivit\u00e4ts- und Kapazit\u00e4tsbel\u00e4gen der Wicklung. Durch schnell schaltende Umrichter und den damit verbundenen h\u00f6heren Spannungsanstiegsgeschwindigkeiten\u00a0<jats:inline-formula><jats:alternatives><jats:tex-math>$\\mathrm{d}u\/\\mathrm{d}t$<\/jats:tex-math><mml:math xmlns:mml=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1998\/Math\/MathML\">\n<mml:mi>d<\/mml:mi>\n<mml:mi>u<\/mml:mi>\n<mml:mo>\/<\/mml:mo>\n<mml:mi>d<\/mml:mi>\n<mml:mi>t<\/mml:mi>\n<\/mml:math><\/jats:alternatives><\/jats:inline-formula> wird der Einfluss der transienten Spannungen auf das Wicklungssystem weiter erh\u00f6ht. Eine besondere elektrische Belastung erf\u00e4hrt die Windungsisolierung, welche in Niederspannungsmaschinen h\u00e4ufig als Kupferlackdraht ausgef\u00fchrt ist. In Steckwicklungen ist die Position jedes Leiters bekannt.
