Inftech."],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2020,8]]},"abstract":"<jats:title>Zusammenfassung<\/jats:title><jats:p>An elektrische Maschinen in elektrifizierten Automobilantrieben werden hohe technische Anforderungen gestellt. Zum einen werden Produktionsmethoden ben\u00f6tigt, welche die Herstellung gro\u00dfer St\u00fcckzahlen unter Einhaltung niedriger Kosten erm\u00f6glichen. Zum anderen wird eine hohe elektrische Reichweite gefordert, was einen elektrischen Antriebsstrang mit hoher Effizienz und gleichzeitig hoher Leistungsdichte voraussetzt. Grundlegend f\u00fcr die Entwicklung elektrischer Maschinen mit den genannten Eigenschaften sind detaillierte Verlustmodelle. Insbesondere die Modellierung der Ummagnetisierungsverluste, kurz Eisenverluste, im Stator und Rotor der Maschine ist dabei herausfordernd. Neben der Materialwahl und der Maschinengeometrie haben die Fertigungsprozesse einen nicht zu vernachl\u00e4ssigenden Einfluss auf die Verlustcharakteristik der Maschine. In diesem Beitrag wird ein neuer Ansatz zur Bestimmung der Eisenverluste eines einzelnen Statorzahns einer elektrischen Maschine unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung realit\u00e4tsnaher Flussbedingungen vorgestellt. Mit dem gezeigten Verfahren k\u00f6nnen Fertigungseinfl\u00fcsse auf die Eisenverluste untersucht werden, wobei anwendungsspezifische Geometrie sowie magnetische Ausnutzung des Zahns beibehalten bleiben. Zun\u00e4chst werden die magnetischen Zust\u00e4nde einer elektrischen Maschine mit Einzelzahnwicklung beschrieben. Nachfolgend wird der Einzelzahn-Pr\u00fcfstand eingef\u00fchrt und die \u00dcbertragung der relevanten magnetischen Gr\u00f6\u00dfen der Maschine auf den Pr\u00fcfstand vorgestellt. Die Bestimmung der Zahnverluste anhand von Messdaten wird gezeigt. Abschlie\u00dfend wird ein Vergleich von Simulation und Messung vorgenommen.
