F\u00fcr den Auslegungsprozess ist es daher essenziell zu ermitteln, ab welcher Spannung f\u00fcr welche Betriebspunkte Teilentladungen auftreten k\u00f6nnen. Umrichterbetriebene elektrische Maschinen sind aufgrund der transienten Spannungen besonderen Belastungen ausgesetzt. Insbesondere im Automobilbereich entstehen zus\u00e4tzliche Anforderungen durch die Erh\u00f6hung der Zwischenkreisspannung und der Verwendung von schnellschaltenden Halbleiterelementen, wie z. B. Siliziumkarbid\u00a0(SiC). Teilentladungen treten in luftgef\u00fcllten Hohlr\u00e4umen innerhalb des Isoliersystems auf. Um die Teilentladungseinsetzspannung in Abh\u00e4ngigkeit von Spannungsanstiegsgeschwindigkeit und \u00dcberschwingverhalten zu berechnen, wird ein Modell auf Basis von hydrodynamischen Gleichungen entwickelt, das die Teilchenbewegung von positiven und negativen Ionen sowie von Elektronen im Luftraum ber\u00fccksichtigt.
