This technique has great potential since it allows considering human factors and individual differences in these areas. This non-invasive method, of physiological nature, allows to know, in an objective way, the visual behavior of the users when facing a user interface or educational material, allowing to infer conclusions related to psychological processes, such as attention or cognitive load. The purpose of this work is to propose a tool set of guidelines and measures, as well as a methodological approach, to be used in eye tracking assessments.
