We prove that if <jats:italic>L<\/jats:italic> has at least 127 \u22c5 2<jats:sup><jats:italic>n<\/jats:italic>\u2212\u20098<\/jats:sup> subsemilattices, then <jats:italic>L<\/jats:italic> is planar.
